Wahooooooo! I just turned in my final story edits to Stacy and David. The due date was November 1. The 3rd actually. The book clocks in around 177,000 words. Wow. This last set of story edits led to some great changes. Not huge ones, but nice touches. I had to rewrite part of this battle →

BTW, I talked to Stacy Hague-Hill today and got the release and due dates. Book 1 Revisions due May 15th, 2008 Final due July 1, 2008 Hardcover release Sept 2009 Paperback release Aug 2010 She said because it’s my first novel and because it’s a trilogy they want to make sure they properly lay the →

On Feb 1, 2008 my wonderful agent, Caitlin Blasdell of Liza Dawson Associates, informed me that the details are all finalized and I can shout it to the world. Tor books (an imprint of St. Martins) has given me a very nice deal (as categorized on Publisher’s Marketplace) for a 3-book, traditional epic fantasy series. →
